Many trainers ask their learners to express Key Learning points creatively. This example was used during a management training workshop.

The learners were asked to demonstrate the qualities of a 'Champion Team' in the form of a Statue. It could be a traditional piece - in the style of 'David' or it could be a piece of modern art involving movement and sound.

Here is what the learners demonstrated.

Blingle took the raw video footage, edited the short segmant adding sound, transitions etc and posted the finished piece to YouTube . The trainer then embedded the video on their own website.
