  • review and recap key learning points
  • relive the experience
  • catch up on elements missed during group work
  • display creative outputs
The next few pages will demonstrate real life examples of video being used by trainers to support their face-to-face sessions.

Now every trainer can use the web to extend training Print E-mail
Latest News

The web has undoubted potential to increase the impact of training courses. Unfortunately, this is difficult for many organisations to harness.

It takes time and technical expertise to intergrate photos, video and audio into a website that will meaningfully enhance the learning experience. Virtual Learning Environments are too cumbersome and off the shelf websites are often unsuitable and difficult to maintain.

Blingle was established to enable training organisations to harness the web:

  • to extend and supplement traditional training workshops
  • to prepare, arouse and support learners
  • to be used before and after a face-to-face event
Listen to our welcome message

Here is a short welcome messge from Ally

  • Listening is a valuable way that many people process information
  • How could an audio message help you connect with your learners?

Why are we called blingle?

Searching for the right name is hard. We settled on "blingle" because it sounds fun & sparkly and combines two important elements of training delivery in the 21st century:

BLended & mINGLE

  • Blended Learning means different things to different people - essentially incorporating different methods to a learning programme to enable the trainer to reach more people, more deeply. For us it means supporting 'traditional' training workshops with web based technologies - video, audio, quizzes, forums, chat rooms...

  • Mingle: humans are social beings and collaboration aids learning. If trainers can create an environment where their learners can work together - the impact of the face-to-face phase of the training is increased.
